LEARN AND BURN

Each week we will focus on a single movement or muscle group. This class will focus on safe lifting, form, and muscle building. Build confidence, gain experience, and feel comfortable as you push towards your goals!

MOBILITY - CORE - STRETCH - 15

Mobility 15: We sit a lot at work. Take 15 out of your day to help open and strengthen our most used and sometimes neglected joints of the body. Key Features: Low Impact, Every Level, Mobility Training, Flexibility and Strength

Core 15: This isn't your classic "ABS" class. Feel the burn throughout your WHOLE CORE while working towards increased strength and stability.

Stretch 15: Is your body feeling the tensions of the day? Elongate and relieve stiffness in your body with this simple, quick body opening class. Each will have a different primary focus. (exercise, or loose fitting clothing will be needed)

TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP

High intensity training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!
