From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body.

Feel the fire within your core. We will focus on core strengtheners and mobility. At the end of class we take a few moments to find a deep body stretch. This is truly a fusion of strength, stretching, and mobility!
K-Shred

4:45PM-5:15PM
Feel the slow burn. We will focus on form and lifting to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring. This low cardio, low impact, high energy strength training class is for all levels!
TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP
Wednesday
12:00pm - 12:30pm
High intensity training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged, to push your limits, and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100% successful! (Bonus 15 minute wild-card class offered after every TBB for those extra achievers)
