All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

Monday

12:10-12:55PM

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body.

Stretch Zone

Tuesday

12:10pm - 12:30pm

Open to all levels, this class will give you a short, full-body, instructor-led stretching session that will leave you feeling relaxed and better than ever to take on the next half of your day. Perfect use for a quick lunch break! 

K-Shred

Tuesday

4:30PM-5:00PM

Feel the slow burn. We will focus on form and lifting to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring. This low cardio, low impact, high energy circuit stength training class is for all levels!

TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP

Wednesday

12:00pm - 12:30pm

High intensity training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged, to push your limits, and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100% successful! All levels welcome.
